  3. Ship Your Return: Once you receive authorization, ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
